An island located in the Caribbean, Curaçao is worldwide known as a holiday destination, with beautiful beaches and coral reefs full of marine life. The country offers world-class scenery, an abundance of nature and hospitality. However, water resources are scarce and Curaçao’s water supply is entirely dependent on expensive fossil powered desalination, not only contributing to climate change, but also harming the local environment. Due to this situation, water rates are exceptionally high for private houseowners.

However, there is a way out of this! Thanks to our efficient desalination system, a private property owner benefits of high savings on his water bills and contributes to a heathier planet at the same time. By the use of only 30kWh of energy, the water system generates about 9 m³ of clean fresh water every day and saves. Finally, it enables financial savings of 70% and reduces the user’s carbon footprint by approximately 15 tons each year.
